The upstairs second floor "one-of-a-kind" rental has one flight of stairs from the ground level to front door, and comes fully equipped with the look of yesterday in pristine well kept condition with all of today’s modern needs and wants. The unit sleeps 4 and has 1 king bed and comes with a queen air mattress. You can sit at the dining table or in the living room and look right out the windows to the intercoastal waterway and beautiful sunrises. We have everything in the kitchen you need except an oven. Yes, we are a smart rental, Smart TV, Alexa, and Wi-Fi awaits you for your work or staycation. We have Hulu with live TV service. Central AC and brand new front loader washer and dryer will make the Last Resort your go-to when you come to the beach. We have added outdoor sitting areas for your outdoor enjoyment, BBQ grill, along with yoga mats to do your morning salutation and evening namaste.  Complimentary beach gear and bikes await you in the garage.
